SnapDragon® Apple & Goat Cheese Baguette with Honey Drizzle

This elegant appetizer is not only delicious, it takes only minutes to prepare and is perfect with a glass of your favorite white wine. Try switching out the honey for a drizzle of maple syrup or a smear of jam. Be sure to use a good, crusty French bread to hold all the juicy, crunchiness of the SnapDragon slice!

Ingredients

  • SnapDragon apple - 1
  • French baguette - 4 - 6 slices
  • Goat cheese - 3 - 4 ounces
  • Honey - 2 - 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Slice SnapDragon’s into ¼ inch slices (we like to leave the skin on but you can peel if you want)
  2. Slice bread
  3. Spread with goat cheese
  4. Place a slice of SnapDragon on bread slice and drizzle with honey
