- SnapDragon Apples - 2-3 (chopped)
- Dark Chocolate Chips - 2 cups
- Coconut Oil - 2 tbsp
- Vanilla Protein Powder - 1 scoop
- Caramel Chews - 20
- Coconut Cream - 4 tbsp
- Mini Pretzels - 40
- Flaky Sea Salt -
Instructions
- Prep the apples: Wash and chop SnapDragon apples. Soak pieces in lightly salted water for 5–10 minutes, then rinse and pat dry thoroughly.
- Melt the chocolate: Microwave chocolate chips with coconut oil in 20–30 second intervals until smooth. Stir in protein powder.
- Build the base: Pour most of the chocolate into a parchment-lined 8×8 dish.
- Add the crunch: Layer pretzels on top, then scatter apple pieces evenly across the chocolate.
- Make the caramel: In a small saucepan, melt caramel chews with coconut cream. Drizzle over the bark.
- Add the reserved chocolate on top and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
- Freeze for 30 minutes. Break into chunks and enjoy.
- Storage: Keep refrigerated for up to 3 days — if it lasts that long.
