Caramel Apple Monkey Bread

Ingredients

  • Granulated Sugar - 3/4 cup
  • Ground Cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
  • SnapDragon Apples, cored and chopped into small pieces - 2 2 apples
  • Cinnamon Rolls - 2 cans (17.5 oz)
  • Caramel Squares, unwrapped - 1 bag (11 oz)
  • Butter, melted - 4 Tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Butter a 12-cup bundt cake pan, set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
  4. Set aside icing tubs from cinnamon rolls and cut each cinnamon roll into quarters.
  5. Toss apples and cut cinnamon rolls in cinnamon sugar mixture.
  6. Toss in caramel squares.
  7. Pour mixture into prepared cake pan.
  8. Evenly pour melted butter over top.
  9. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown across top.
  10. Cool 10 minutes then invert onto a serving plate.
  11. Drizzle reserved icing or caramel sauce over top of warm bread.
  12. Serve immediately!
