SnapDragon Apple Bark

Ingredients

  • SnapDragon Apples - 2-3 (chopped)
  • Dark Chocolate Chips - 2 cups
  • Coconut Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla Protein Powder - 1 scoop
  • Caramel Chews - 20
  • Coconut Cream - 4 tbsp
  • Mini Pretzels - 40
  • Flaky Sea Salt -

Instructions

  1. Prep the apples: Wash and chop SnapDragon apples. Soak pieces in lightly salted water for 5–10 minutes, then rinse and pat dry thoroughly.
  2. Melt the chocolate: Microwave chocolate chips with coconut oil in 20–30 second intervals until smooth. Stir in protein powder.
  3. Build the base: Pour most of the chocolate into a parchment-lined 8×8 dish.
  4. Add the crunch: Layer pretzels on top, then scatter apple pieces evenly across the chocolate.
  5. Make the caramel: In a small saucepan, melt caramel chews with coconut cream. Drizzle over the bark.
  6. Add the reserved chocolate on top and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
  7. Freeze for 30 minutes. Break into chunks and enjoy.
  8. Storage: Keep refrigerated for up to 3 days — if it lasts that long.
