shelled pumpkin seeds - 1/4 cup
Instructions
Blend the dates, water, vanilla, tahini, cashew butter, or melted coconut oil, and salt together in a powerful blender or food processor till smooth. This is your date caramel.
Arrange the apple slices on a serving plate. Drizzle them with the almond or peanut butter and the date caramel. Top with the raisins and pumpkin seeds. Enjoy!
