Ingredients
- SNAPDRAGON APPLE SYRUP -
- SnapDragon Apple, roughly chopped - 1
- fresh ginger (chopped) - 1 tbsp
- sugar - 1 cup
- water - 1 cup
- COCKTAIL -
- SnapDragon Apple Syrup (*See recipe below) - 3/4 oz
- lemon juice - 3/4 oz
- gin or vodka - 3/4 oz
- top with bubbles -
Instructions
- SNAPDRAGON APPLE SYRUP
- Add all ingredients to a medium saucepan
- Simmer until sugar is dissolved
- Take off heat then muddle apples
- Strain mixture
- COCKTAIL
- Add syrup, gin and lemon juice to a shaker
- Shake then strain into serving glass
- Top with bubbles
- Garnish with a SnapDragon Apple Fan
- Enjoy!
