SnapDragon Fizz

Ingredients

  • SNAPDRAGON APPLE SYRUP -
  • SnapDragon Apple, roughly chopped - 1
  • fresh ginger (chopped) - 1 tbsp
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • water - 1 cup
  • COCKTAIL -
  • SnapDragon Apple Syrup (*See recipe below) - 3/4 oz
  • lemon juice - 3/4 oz
  • gin or vodka - 3/4 oz
  • top with bubbles -

Instructions

  1. SNAPDRAGON APPLE SYRUP
  2. Add all ingredients to a medium saucepan
  3. Simmer until sugar is dissolved
  4. Take off heat then muddle apples
  5. Strain mixture
  6. COCKTAIL
  7. Add syrup, gin and lemon juice to a shaker
  8. Shake then strain into serving glass
  9. Top with bubbles
  10. Garnish with a SnapDragon Apple Fan
  11. Enjoy!
