Warm SnapDragon Cinnamon Applesauce and Crispy Cinnamon Sugar Apple Chips

Ingredients

  • APPLE SAUCE -
  • SnapDragon apples (more if you want more sauce) - 4
  • Water - 1/4 cup
  • Cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • Brown Sugar (start with half add more to taste - 1 tbsp

  • CINNAMON SUGAR APPLE CHIPS -
  • SnapDragon apple skins -
  • Cane Sugar - 1 tbsp
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • Butter (melted, vegan) - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. APPLE SAUCE instructions
  2. Peel and dice the apples, saving the core and skins.
  3. Heat pan and add water, cinnamon, and apples. Cook until soft.
  4. Mash apples to the texture you like, add brown sugar, and cook for 1 min. + Enjoy!
  5. CINNAMON SUGAR APPLE CHIPS instructions
  6. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  7. Drizzle butter over apple skins. Sprinkle cane sugar and cinnamon on top of apple skins
  8. Bake for 10 min - be careful not to burn.
